Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience is required and supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight process execution and scheduling, including truck unload planning and stocking.
• Oversee the Feed to Floor and weekly recovery processes to ensure standards.
• Drive Legendary Service through customer engagement and team member coaching.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and training across store operations and inventory controls.
• Manage the Inventory Control Specialist responsibilities and related processes.
