Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead in-store execution, overseeing freight, Feed to Floor, and weekly recovery processes. You will coach the Operations Team, ensure safety standards, and drive inventory control compliance while supporting the Store Manager.

Ideal candidates bring retail leadership experience, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and the ability to train and develop staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience is required.
• Store operations and supervisory experience preferred.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight process execution and scheduling.
• Lead Feed to Floor process execution and follow-up.
• Oversee Inventory Control Specialist duties and audits.
• Maintain backroom, dock, and store standards.
