Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead operational execution in the store, owning freight, Feed to Floor, and weekly recovery processes, while ensuring security and inventory control standards.

The role requires retail leadership experience and a valid driver’s license, with a focus on coaching team members and supporting the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience is required and supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight process execution and scheduling, including truck unload planning.
• Lead Feed to Floor process execution and ensure timely follow-up on routines and expectations.
• Lead weekly recovery process execution, including Targeting Outs, and ensure store recovery standards.
• Oversee the Inventory Control Specialist role and coaching, development, and accountability for receiving standards.
• Maintain backroom, dock, and assembly area standards, organization, and recovery.
• Oversee inventory control and compliance processes including adjustments, discrepancies, and reconciliations.
• Promote safe and productive work environment and train team members on policies.
