Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Firearms CBC and training may be required where applicable.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams, teach training, and listen to associates; communicate and collaborate on store operations.
• Drive financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer needs and issues are resolved, develop action plans, and promote a culture of belonging and integrity.
