Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership and related Live Better U certificates.
• Experience supervising multiple associates and handling performance management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching training, listening to associates, and providing feedback.
• Drive store financial performance by managing PL and budgets, controlling expenses, and optimizing merchandising.
• Ensure customer service excellence following Walmart standards and OBW service model.
• Supervise hourly associates, hire/train/mentor, set expectations, and promote a culture of belonging.
