You will oversee budgeting, merchandising, inventory flow, shrink control, and store operations while delivering a high-quality customer experience and ensuring sales and profit goals are achieved for the designated store area. The role emphasizes leadership, integrity, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, background checks may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete trainings and assessments.

Responsabilités

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and feedback in-store.
• Drives store performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Oversees merchandising, inventory flow, shrink mitigation and customer service initiatives.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates.
