Job summary

Walmart in Dallas, TX seeks a results-driven leader to guide store operations and develop teams. You will teach training, coach associates, monitor customer service, and drive initiatives that improve the in-store experience, while applying the One Best Way service model.

You will manage budgeting, merchandising, and staffing, supervise hourly associates, and foster a culture of belonging and integrity. The role emphasizes accountability, data-driven decisions, and scalable store performance

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
