Job summary

You will oversee training, feedback, and daily operations to deliver a high-quality shopping experience. Responsibilities include managing budgets, merchandising, inventory flow, and customer service initiatives; hiring and mentoring hourly staff; promoting diversity and inclusion; and communicating goals with clarity.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and training may be required
• Bachelor degree in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University optional

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by training and listening to associates throughout stores
• Drives store financial performance: reviews PL, budgets, forecasts, and controls expenses
• Oversees customer service initiatives and raises standards with the One Best Way model
• Manages merchandising, inventory flow, and store operations to ensure sales and profit goals
• Hires, trains, mentors hourly associates, sets expectations, and promotes belonging in the workplace
• Coordinates plans with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and supports continuous learning
