Job summary

Qualifications

• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Training may be required.
• Attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and listening to associates.
• Drive store financial performance through budget, forecasting, and expense control.
• Ensure customer service standards and resolve customer issues.
• Coordinate and oversee store operations, merchandising, and inventory flow.
• Promote a culture of belonging and develop associates.
