Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet or exceed store goals for retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control.
• Review and react to store financial and operational reporting, audits, and performance metrics.
• Lead and develop a diverse team, ensuring ongoing training and professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, procedures, and standards and maintain a safe, welcoming guest experience.
