• Lead a high-performing team including Task Associates and Merchandise Manager.
• Oversee store operations, planograms, inventory cycles, and compliance.
• Drive sales, guest service, and payroll optimization through effective scheduling.
• Provide brand and product training to staff and ensure ongoing professional development.
• Maintain attendance discipline and uphold Ulta Beauty policies and standards.
• Regularly communicate business trends and opportunities to field leadership.
