Job summary

The OM leads Task Associates and the Merchandise Manager and oversees store operations, including realignments, planograms, and lifecycle processes such as cycle counts, damages, RTV, and DIF.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 2-3+ years of retail management or related experience.
• Strong financial management and payroll budgeting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and drive top-line sales growth.
• Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
• Manage inventory, planograms, and lifecycle processes.
• Ensure policy compliance, attendance, and safety.
