You will oversee scheduling, budgeting, realignments, planograms, and inventory life-cycle processes while maintaining exceptional guest service and compliance with company standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, talent development, and operational excellence across performance, people, and process areas to achieve APGs and maintain store profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced retail management.
• Ability to manage payroll budgets and staffing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Wamiliarity with merchandising and store operations.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
