Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant work experience.
• Experience driving top-line sales, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expenses.
• Leadership to attract, develop, and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line sales growth.
• Use forecasts and budgets to schedule staff and optimize productivity.
• Review financial and operational reports and act on insights.
• Lead guest engagement programs and coach staff for service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with policies, SOPs, and dress code.
• Manage inventory, planograms, and lifecycle processes.
