Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will drive store execution, inventory control, staffing, and customer service excellence to build loyalty and achieve performance goals in a busy CVS/pharmacy environment.

Under the Store Manager's supervision, you will lead by example, manage daily operations, align actions with policies, and develop the store team. A full-time, flexible schedule is required, including early mornings, overnights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and advanced analytical skills required.
• Strong communication, leadership and supervision capabilities.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.
• Retail managerial or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities
