CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team and drive store execution, performance, and customer service. You will lead a productive, engaged team under the Store Manager and oversee staffing, training, and development, financial management and service leadership to strengthen consumer loyalty.

This role emphasizes strategic operation of CVS/pharmacy stores, with opportunities for growth but not part of the Retail Management Development Program.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
