CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will drive store execution, lead a productive team, and supervise daily operations while maintaining high customer service standards.

You will support budgeting, staffing, training, and inventory management, collaborating with the Store Manager to improve performance and loyalty. A full-time flexible schedule is required.

Formación

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill.
• Ability to work a full‑time flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, and respond to urgent issues.
• Experience as a retail manager or supervisor is preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews; supervise, assign and direct activities.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and ensure strong customer service leadership.
