Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team and drive store execution, inventory control and customer service excellence. You will support the Store Manager, lead a engaged team, and implement actions to improve operational performance.

Responsibilities include supervising store crews, scheduling, training and development, plus overseeing financial management and customer care to build loyalty. A full-time schedule with shift flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and advanced analytical skills with basic computer skills.
• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision, and influencing abilities.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including mornings, overnights and weekends; overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead others and coordinate activities of the store crew.
• Supervise, assign and direct store activities.
• Communicate information openly and timely to crew and supervisors.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvements.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, thank).
