Job summary

Zara USA, Inc. in Santa Monica is seeking a Store Leader to join as second in command to the store director. You will guide the team to meet sales targets while delivering a premier customer experience, and you will link product, operations and people with a global store vision.

You will analyze reports on product, operations and staff to drive improvements, supervise scheduling and training, and ensure omnichannel processes and store standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• As the second person in charge of the store, you are the global figure in the store.
• Lead the team to achieve sales targets and ensure a great customer experience.
• Analyze reports from product, operations and people and implement improvements.
• Strong organizational and planning skills; capable of leading change.
• Knowledge of fashion and product.

Responsibilities

• PRODUCT: Supports the director in managing all sections to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor product display in all sections and analyze performance to drive actions.
• PROCESS: Manage warehouse stock and merchandise flows; plan people and processes.
• CUSTOMER: Lead standards of customer service and resolve incidents.
• PEOPLE: Manage budgeted hours, prepare schedules, and supervise training.
