Job summary

Zara USA, Inc. in Troy, MI seeks a store leader to join the management team as the second in command. You will support the director, lead the team to achieve store objectives, and ensure a strong customer experience across channels.

You’ll analyze reports on product, operations and people, implement improvements, and help manage scheduling, training and budgeted hours while upholding brand standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• As the second person in charge of the store, you support the director by leading the team to achieve store objectives and ensure a great customer experience.
• You will have a global view of the business linking product, operations and people, with strong organizational and planning skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret reports from product, operations and people to implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• PRODUCT: Support the director in managing all sections to achieve sales targets and monitor product display.
• PROCESS: Assist with warehouse stock, merchandise flows, scheduling and omnichannel processes.
• CUSTOMER: Lead customer service standards and ensure incidents are resolved promptly.
• PEOPLE: Help manage hours budget, prepare schedules, train staff, and support succession planning.
