Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead with impact across inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment and maintain operational standards.
• Drive brand presentation through visual merchandising, promotions, and store upkeep to support sales.
• Support client experience by delivering exceptional service and hitting store goals.
• Coach and develop team members, guiding them on processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and initiatives.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork and promote a culture of openness.
