Job summary

Sephora in Honolulu is seeking an Operations Leader to drive store operations, oversee inventory and merchandising, and coach the team to deliver an exceptional client experience. You’ll ensure operational standards are met and help create a welcoming, high-performance environment.

You’ll lead the operations team, manage scheduling for full-time shifts, and partner with leadership to uphold Sephora’s brand, policies, and customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail or hospitality.
• Ability to coach and develop teams to meet goals.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment.
• Lead visual merchandising and store maintenance to drive sales.
• Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client service.
• Coach and develop team members on processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives.
