Sephora seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Honolulu to lead a fast-paced beauty retail team and elevate the client experience. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to drive store operations, sales, and team development in a dynamic environment.

You will coach and develop staff, recruit top talent, and ensure exceptional customer service while upholding Sephora’s standards and brand guidelines. This role requires on-site availability and leadership acumen.
