Job summary

Sephora Hawaii at Ala Moana is seeking an Operations Leader to drive store excellence and client experiences. You’ll lead the operations team, manage inventory and merchandising, and coach others to perform at their best while upholding Sephora’s standards and brand disciplines.

You will oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment, ensure operational standards are met, and partner with the team to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Skilled at motivating teams and fostering a collaborative, goal-driven culture of accountability and success
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead with impact by overseeing inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and ensuring operational standards
• Drive brand presentation through visual merchandising, promotions, and store maintenance to uphold Sephora’s brand and drive sales
• Support client experience by partnering with the team to deliver exceptional service and meet store goals
• Coach and develop teammates; guide training on processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics and initiatives
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork to promote a culture of openness and empowerment
• Uphold Sephora standards and help create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience
