CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead day-to-day customer service and property maintenance. You will develop customer relationships, rent storage units, and manage the leasing process at a busy site.

Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, handling payments via POS, overseeing invoices and reports, and maintaining a clean, secure facility. A positive attitude and strong operational focus are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse market.
• Ability to work Saturdays and maintain reliable attendance.
• Access to a personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying storage needs and delivering standout service.
• Interact face-to-face with customers, provide excellent service, and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and rent units, process payments, and manage POS transactions.
• Walk the property to perform daily operational tasks and support leasing activities.
• Oversee invoices, reports, and budgeting related to store operations and auctions.
• Maintain store and property cleanliness and safety to meet company guidelines.
