CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Manager to oversee daily store functions, customer service, leasing, and budgeting. You will rent units, manage payments via POS, and ensure a clean, safe facility while meeting monthly sales targets.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work Saturdays. This position includes opportunities for growth across the U.S. and competitive pay from day one.

• Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Rent self-storage spaces, sell store merchandise, manage the leasing process, and process payments via POS.
• Complete daily bank deposits and make courtesy calls regarding late payments.
• Review and approve invoices within the database; process invoices and reports; handle auctions as needed.
• Oversee the store’s expense budget and maintain supplies and retail inventory.
