Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Mobility to relocate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drives business results, directs team talent, supports store leadership, ensuring legendary LL.Bean customer experience.
• Models service as top priority and leads by example as Leader on Duty.
• Uses reports and analytics to identify trends and opportunities to improve loyalty and sales.
• Oversees stock room, replenishment, returns, and omnichannel processes.
• Supports training and development of associates and store champions.
• Maintains safety, loss prevention, and policy compliance across store operations.
• Manages staffing and performance feedback and coordinates with leadership team.
