Job summary

L.L.Bean is seeking a Year-Round, Full-Time Store Team Leader at our flagship store. In this leadership role, you’ll drive business results, lead and develop employees, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while embodying L.L.Bean values.

You will supervise daily operations, train guides, and act as a key holder while collaborating across merchandising and support teams to ensure flawless service and store performance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with retail experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with POS, Word and Excel; comfortable with social media.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Drive sales through coaching, recognition programs and weekly performance reviews.
• Assist with training, onboard new hires, and maintain standards.
• Ensure health and safety policies are followed and loss prevention is observed.
• Support merchandising, operations and customer activation in daily store duties.
