Job summary

L.L.Bean’s Charlottesville, VA store is seeking a Year-round/Full-time Store Team Leader of Retail Operations. You will drive business results, lead a team, and ensure a premier customer experience aligned with our Outdoor Heritage values.

Responsibilities cover store operations, training, and total store accountability, with a focus on safety, loss prevention, and omni-channel execution. A 2-year Associates degree and 2+ years of retail experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with at least 2+ years of retail experience.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Systems knowledge (POS, Word, Excel) and comfort with social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supports store team to meet store goals and deliver the Ll.Bean customer experience.
• Manages daily operations including stock room organization, inbound freight, and replenishment to the floor.
• Acts as a Leader on Duty to drive conversion and sales and analyzes reports to identify opportunities.
