L.L.Bean in Oak Brook, IL seeks a Store Team Leader of Retail Operations to drive business results, lead store associates, and deliver the legendary customer experience in an outdoor lifestyle setting.

This full-time, benefitted role focuses on inventory accuracy, omni-channel fulfillment, and leading a team to maintain high service standards while upholding the company values of Outdoor Heritage, Integrity, and Respect.

Qualifications

2+ years of retail leadership experience.
Associate degree or equivalent required.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to train, coach, and lead store associates.
Knowledge of loss prevention policies and safety practices.
Experience with omni-channel processes (FES, RIOs, phone management).
Customer service excellence and ability to foster inclusive environment.

Responsabilités

Maintain a clean, organized stock room and adhere to safety standards.
Process inbound freight and complete shipments within 24 hours.
Replenish sales floor stock and manage transfers to optimize availability.
Oversee returns following standard operating procedures and loss prevention guidelines.
Execute omni-channel tasks, including FES orders and RIOs per guidelines.
Lead on duty as scheduled to drive conversions and sales.
