• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced, retail management or related work experience.
• Financial management: drive top-line sales, interpret reporting data, manage payroll budgets, control expenses.
• Retail management: monitor inventory, achieve operational excellence, drive a service culture, execute merchandising directives.
• Leadership management: attract, develop, and motivate top talent, adapt to change and lead others.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control.
• Leverage forecast and payroll budgets to support scheduling and productivity; communicate needs to the GM.
• Review and react to financial and operational reporting, store visit, and audit results.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Provide ongoing training and coaching to develop associates and drive sales performance.
• Maintain attendance policy adherence and accountability for the team.
