Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver top-line sales growth for the store. The role entails managing realignments, planograms, inventory life cycle processes, and driving performance across sales, inventory, people, and processes.

Ideal candidates have 2–3+ years in retail management, a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to develop talent and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through efficient operations, top-line sales growth, and cost control.
• Schedule using forecasting and payroll data to optimize staffing within budget.
• Analyze operational reports and act on findings to improve store performance.
• Lead makeup, skincare, and product demonstrations to drive guest service and sales.
• Ensure compliance with policies, dress code, and SOPs.
