Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with retail leadership experience.
• 2-3+ years in fast-paced retail management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals in sales, loyalty, payroll and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line sales growth.
• Support scheduling and payroll planning to optimize productivity and budgets.
• Review store performance metrics and act on findings with leadership.
• Ensure adherence to store policies, procedures, and standards.
