Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced, retail management or other relevant work experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, payroll budgets, and controlling expenses.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet store goals for sales, guest experience, payroll, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and cost control.
• Planograms, realignments, and inventory life-cycle processes to optimize store performance.
• Lead and develop the team including talent acquisition, training, and reviews.
• Oversee scheduling using the company tools to maximize productivity within budget.
• Provide coaching and feedback to managers and associates to improve sales.
