Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a store team, drive top-line sales, and oversee inventory life cycle and planograms. You’ll manage a Talent pipeline, coach staff, and ensure compliance with procedures while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have 2–3+ years in fast-paced retail management, strong communication, and a track record of operational excellence within a beauty retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, MS Office, Apple devices).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals in sales, loyalty, payroll, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line sales growth.
• Schedule and manage staffing and payroll within budget.
• Review financial and operational reports and take corrective actions.
• Lead guest engagement and provide coaching to team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and store standards.
