Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a store’s daily operations, drive top-line sales, and uphold company standards. You will oversee a team including the Merchandise Manager and Task Associates, manage planograms, inventory life-cycle tasks, and store performance metrics.

The role requires strong leadership, partnership with the GM, and a passion for operational excellence. You will analyze reports, schedule payroll, and coach staff to deliver exceptional guest service.

Qualifications
