Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive top-line sales growth while ensuring operational excellence. You will manage realignments, planograms, inventory life-cycle processes, and guest service initiatives with focus on performance and people.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3+ years retail management, a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), and a proven ability to coach staff, optimize schedules, and control expenses to support store profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and retail management experience.
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management or similar work.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop a diverse team.
• Strong financial stewardship including payroll and expenses.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team to meet store goals and sales targets.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll budgets, and daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards.
