Follett Higher Education is seeking a Campus Store Leader in Fullerton, CA to drive sales, mentor a dynamic team, and uphold brand and operational excellence across campus stores. You will partner with Market Leaders to execute store plans, manage customer service, and ensure accurate POS operations.

The role requires an Associate's degree, 0-5 years experience, strong retail and financial acumen, and willingness to travel up to 10%.

Competenze

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• 0–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Travel: minimal - less than 10%.

Mansioni

• Drive store plans and daily operations for traditional and peak periods.
• Lead sales promotions and events to drive sales and store performance.
• Manage POS and cash handling procedures with accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain inventory control and visual merchandising standards.
• Supervise and develop store team members, including scheduling and onboarding.
