Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Store Operations Manager in the Los Angeles area. You will oversee all aspects of store operations, drive profitability, ensure safety, and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service. This role requires strong P&L acumen, HR coordination, and effective communication with corporate teams.

You will manage inventory, scheduling, training, and performance reviews while maintaining brand standards and operational SOPs. The position is full-time and on-site.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail management experience.
• Ability to read and review a profit and loss statement.
• Experience supervising store-level HR and loss prevention.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Monitor inventory, cycle counts and implement improvements.
• Manage cash handling and coordinate with corporate finance for budgets.
• Ensure store standards, safety and OSHA compliance.
• Lead scheduling, training and performance development for associates.
