Job summary

Ross Stores is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team across Stockroom, Front End and Sales Floor operations. You will drive sales, profitability and service excellence while maintaining a welcoming, easy-to-shop environment.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, scheduling, and adherence to company policies. You will recruit and develop a skilled leadership team, manage payroll and staffing, and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of Store management experience in a retail environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
• Ability to train, coach and develop Associates at all levels.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, develop schedules, and execute to achieve results.
• Exercising independent judgement and discretion.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Leads the entire operation of the Store to ensure Company standards and best practices are met.
• Staffs, trains and develops the leadership team to deliver sales and profit results.
• Manages Stockroom, Front End and Sales Floor operations for timely merchandise flow and expense control.
• Ensures compliance with Company policies and safety regulations.
• Directs payroll administration and Associate scheduling as needed.
• Supervises Store Associates and enforces performance and conduct expectations.
