Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership or management experience.
• Demonstrated success leading departments of up to 40 team members with sales targets.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills for developing people.
• Solid business acumen with ability to interpret operational and financial data.

Responsibilities
