Job summary

Academy Sports + Outdoors is seeking a Logistics Manager to drive the day-to-day operational rhythm of the store, leading logistics, merchandising, and receiving with a focus on inventory accuracy, safety, and execution excellence.

You will analyze performance, identify opportunities, and implement solutions that elevate productivity, while balancing workforce planning, scheduling, training, and payroll to support store profitability and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership or management experience required.
• Experience leading departments of up to 40 team members while driving operational excellence and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day logistics, merchandising, and receiving operations.
• Focus on inventory flow, accuracy, safety, and execution.
• Balance scheduling, training, payroll, and workforce planning.
