Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant leadership or management experience
• Led departments of up to 40 team members while driving operations and sales targets
• Strong leadership and coaching skills to develop people
• Interpret operational and financial data with sound business acumen
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with inventory systems, order processing, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office
• Complete required certifications including Firearms Sales and Power Industrial Truck
• Ability to manage firearm sales with ATF form 4473, background checks, and final approval

• Deliver a strong store experience while building leadership capability and operational excellence
• Support daily execution across departments to meet sales, service, and safety standards
• Partner with store leaders to plan priorities, coach team, and respond to business needs
