Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily activities, help customers, and organize stock from delivery to floor, ensuring seasonal areas stay maintained.

Responsibilities include opening/closing tasks, adherence to corporate directives, and supporting payroll, scheduling, and loss prevention. A positive, energetic team environment is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; store management experience preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow operational directives.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical store tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Organize merchandise and transfer stock from delivery to floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Support opening/closing procedures and loss prevention efforts.
