Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team, driving store execution and performance while building customer loyalty through excellent service. Under the Store Manager, you will lead and develop a productive store team.

The role covers management of sales, inventory, staffing, training, finances, and customer service leadership. A full-time schedule with early mornings, overnights and weekends is required; comprehensive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store's crew.
• Communicate information to staff and supervisors in an open and timely manner.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement.
