Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year in customer service or retail leadership.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google apps and store tech.
• Available for full-time, flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead designated team and manage workload with Assistant Store Leader.
• Coach associates and maintain a strong presence in the department.
• Support performance development and provide timely feedback.
• Train associates on product knowledge, selling, service, policies and procedures.
• Promote sales while acting as Leader On Duty (LOD).
• Review business results and customer feedback with leadership.
