Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum: 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail + 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work + 1 year supervisory experience.
• No firearms or special training specified beyond standard background checks where applicable.
• Attend and complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, listening and providing feedback.
• Drive store performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer service standards and implement action plans to improve processes and shrink reduction.
• Recruit, hire, train and mentor associates; promote belonging and inclusion in the workplace.
