Job summary

CubeSmart in Loveland, CO seeks a Store Operations Manager to lead customer service, store operations, and maintenance. You will develop customer relationships, manage leasing, process payments, and maintain a safe, clean facility.

The role offers a daytime schedule with potential Sunday hours, paid time off, and opportunities for growth. Competitive hourly pay from $19.00–$21.00 plus bonus opportunities and a 401(k) match are provided.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills including MS office products.
• You must have the ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance are required.
• While performing the duties of this job, you will be frequently required to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb or balance on a ladder.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Renting storage spaces, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, and handling payments via POS.
• Processing invoices, managing reports and auction-related processes.
• Overseeing the store’s expense budget and maintaining supplies and inventory.
• Daily property walks and maintaining a clean, safe facility.
