Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team, driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through exceptional customer service. Under the Store Manager, you will lead a productive store team by example and initiative.

Essential duties include overseeing store operations, staffing, training, financial management, and customer service leadership to ensure a strong, service-driven store environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store crews and work effectively with the team.
• Supervise and direct activities of the store’s crew.
• Communicate information to staff and supervisors openly and promptly.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvements.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, thank).
