Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will drive store execution, performance, and consumer loyalty by delivering excellent customer service and leading by example.

Under the Store Manager, you’ll manage staff, training, and store operations to ensure optimal results. The role requires strong leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to respond to urgent issues.
